My Men

So, it's that time of year again when Nathan decides to break out the clippers and shave his hair off. He prefers it that way when cycling season comes around. He's done it every summer for the past few years. I don't mind it, it's hair, it'll grow back. I shaved it off for him last weekend and left a line down the front so that he would be able to make a mohawk, just like Jackson. Not to worry, after the pic, I shaved it off!

The Best Pictures EVER!

Check it out....http://randycolemanphotography.com - go to the blog site
We had family pics made last night and I can't get over how wonderful they are. A pastor at our church took them and I'm telling you, he is wonderful! These are the kind of pics I have always imagined having. I've only seen a handful, I can't wait to see what the others look like, I already know I will need to get more frames!
Thanks Randy!

Good Friends

Wednesday night, Nathan, the kids and I met two of my best friends at the park for a picnic and some play time. I have known Cynda and Kristen for over 20 years now, wow! Kristen has two precious boys, Davis and Ronin with her wonderful husband Kevin. Kevin served all of us proudly in the Army for 5 years (I think). He recently has now become a civilian again and they are moving back to Oklahoma from Colorado, and I am so excited to have them close. Cynda is married to another amazing man, Jeff. They are expecting their first little one in November, I'm calling a girl! I cannot believe how much we have grown seperatley and together. I am so lucky to have had these women in my life for so long. I love them, I'm proud of them and I love their families. Here are a few pics of the fun time at the park with all of them.

Happy 27 Kristen!

Hailee and Davis, look at those faces!

This will be on the slide show at their wedding. Yes, Kevin, we do think about that!

Happy 2nd Birthday Ronin!

He just reached over to grab her hand, ahhh!

1st Campout of the Summer

Last weekend we went camping with my parents to Wes Watkins Resevoir in the big town of McLoud, OK! It was great to get out of town for a few days. We rode bikes, went for walks, played games, ate smores and just enjoyed the company of one another. This was Jackson's first campout.

My mornings begin very early, usually around 5:00am. Jackson is sleeping through the night now, however he wakes up around 5:00am. Nathan and I rotate "shifts" allowing the other to sleep a little extra in the morning time. One morning, I was up with him and I usually sit him in his bouncer seat in my bathroom while I am getting ready for the day. Earlier, earlier in the morning, Hailee ran into Nathan and mines bedroom and crawled in bed with us, something we are trying to break her of, it doesn't happen that often. Okay, getting to the point of the post now, so Jackson was playfully screaming and babbling away. He was being so loud in the bathroom that I was afraid he would wake Hailee up. So, I improvised. I went into my closet to find what I was going to wear for the work day and had this idea, I thought the extra space would help with the noise that Hailee could possibly hear. I think he was so distracted by what I put him in that his noise stopped altogether. Shortly after, Nathan walked in looking for me and started to laugh, then ran to get the camera.

All Dressed Up

Last night, Nathan's very good friend, Austin got married to a really great girl, named Kendi. I tried to take as many pictures of the four of us as possible because we seldom all look this nice at once! Nathan was a groomsmen, hints the flowers on his jacket.

I took this pic this morning of my babies, just thought it was cute brotherly/sisterly love...
